Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Daily Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (Beijing Time) will be processed on the next business day.
Peak Seasons: During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing may extend to 5-7 business days. We will post announcements on our website in advance.

Note: Unlike ready-made garments, our lace fabrics and trims require manual cutting and quality inspection. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot offer "same-day shipping," but please be assured that every order is handled with care.

2. Shipping Method
Currently, we only offer Standard International Shipping. Expedited shipping (Express) is not available.
Reason: Lace accessories are low-value items. The cost of expedited couriers (like DHL, UPS, or FedEx) often exceeds the value of the goods themselves. To prevent customers from paying unreasonable shipping fees, we have disabled express options.
If you have urgent requirements, please contact customer service before ordering. We will check feasibility and quote the express fee separately.
3. Delivery Areas
We ship globally, but due to logistics restrictions, we cannot deliver to the following regions:
• Russia
• Brazil
• South Africa
• India (certain regions)
• Countries/regions under conflict or trade sanctions.

If your address is in these areas, please contact us to confirm feasibility before placing an order.
4. Order Modifications & Cancellations
• Before Shipping: Contact us immediately for address changes or cancellations. We will do our best to assist.
• After Shipping: Once the package is dispatched, we cannot modify the address or cancel the order. Please use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

5. Tracking Information
A Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number will be sent upon dispatch. You can track via:
• The tracking link in your email.
• Your account dashboard under "My Orders."

 

Note: International tracking updates may experience a 2-5 day delay, especially when the package leaves China Customs and enters the destination country. This is normal; please wait patiently.
6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
• Important: All import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• We cannot predict these charges as they vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
• Failed Delivery: If a package is returned or destroyed due to the buyer's refusal to pay customs fees, we will refund the product cost minus the actual shipping fee. Alternatively, the buyer must pay reshipment costs.

7. Logistics Exception Handling
A. Shipping Delays
• If delivery exceeds the estimated time by 10 business days, contact us for a trace request.
• Disclaimer: We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. International shipping is subject to customs clearance, weather, and other force majeure events. Thank you for your understanding.

 

B. Lost or Damaged Packages
• Marked "Delivered" but not received? Check your mailbox, property manager, or neighbors. Then, contact your local post office.
• No Tracking Updates: If the status shows no update for 20 business days, contact us to initiate a trace.
• Damaged in Transit: Report within 7 days of delivery with unboxing video/photos + shipping label. Upon verification, we will resend or refund.

 

Non-Compensable Situations:
• No unboxing video/photo evidence provided.
• Report submitted after 7 days.
• Delivery failure due to incorrect address provided by the buyer.

 

8. Return Address
As stated in our [Return Policy], fabric items are cut to order and cannot be resold. We do not accept returns without quality issues.
For quality-related issues, refer to our Return Policy. We will resend or refund without requiring you to return the defective item.
