No Returns or Exchanges Without Quality Issues
1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final
All products sold in this store are wedding lace fabrics, appliqués, trims, and other garment accessories. These items are cut from the bolt (by the yard or by the piece).
Once cut, these materials cannot be restored to their original condition and cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
● Buyer’s remorse / "I don't like it" / "Not as imagined."
● Change of mind or project cancellation.
● Incorrect color or pattern chosen (please verify carefully before ordering).
● Any request not related to a quality defect.

 

We kindly ask for your understanding: Once a piece of lace is cut, it can never return to its original roll. We cannot sell cut fabric to the next customer.
2. Quality Issues: The Only Exception
If you receive an item with a significant manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
Valid Quality Issues include:
● Large holes or tears in the fabric.
● Embroidery falling off or beads/sequins detaching significantly.
● Wrong item shipped (does not match your order confirmation).
● Shortage in quantity (please retain original packaging).

 

Resolution:
Once a quality issue is confirmed, we will either:
• Resend: Ship a replacement of the same item and quantity; OR
• Refund: Issue a full refund for the defective portion (no need to return the item, as it holds no resale value).

 

3. What is NOT a Quality Issue?
• Natural Variations: Slight asymmetry in lace patterns or minor differences in hand-sewn beads (natural characteristics of handcrafted items).
• Color Variation: Slight dye-lot variations between batches (we recommend ordering all needed yardage at once).
• Measurement Tolerance: Size errors within ±2cm due to different measuring methods.
• User Damage: Damage caused by improper cutting, washing, ironing, or handling by the customer.

 

4. Process for Quality Claims (Only)

1. Contact: Within 7 days of delivery, email us with your Order Number + Photos/Videos of the defect.
2. Review: We will verify your claim within 2 business days.
3. Resolution: Upon approval, we will arrange a reshipment or refund immediately.

Note: We do not require you to return the defective item. Even if damaged, returning the lace is unnecessary as it cannot be restocked or resold.
5. Recommendations Before Ordering
• Request Samples: If unsure about color, texture, or scale, please contact us for free swatches (customer pays small shipping fee).
• Test Before Bulk: For large orders, we strongly suggest purchasing 1 yard to test with your production before committing to a bulk order.

 

Friendly Reminder: Spending a few minutes confirming a sample is far more reassuring than dealing with a final sale item that cannot be returned.
